At one point or another, we were all just starting out on guitar. So why not head down that path with a brand-new guitar company that is bringing fresh and vibrant designs to the marketplace as they begin their own journey with the instrument?
With that in mind, we introduce you to Boroughs Guitars, a New York City-based brand (as the name suggests) that, while new to market, features acoustics and acoustic-electrics designed by professional musicians with decades of playing experience.
“The crazy thing about this guitar is it’s actually an entry-level instrument,” says guitarist, songwriter and producer Lexi Rose. “And let me tell you, it does not feel or sound that way. I’m actually quite blown away.”
The design of the guitar, Lexi continues, “really went into the playability of the instrument instead of the frills, and it shows.” To demonstrate how much it shows, Lexi then composes an entirely original song using the Boroughs B20ASB Beginner Auditorium acoustic guitar.
