Richie Sambora Busted for DUI
Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora was arrested on a DUI charge in Laguna Beach, CA, on Tuesday night after he was pulled over with his 10-year-old daughter and girlfriend in the car.
The guitarist was stopped around 10:52 p.m. after police witnessed his Hummer weaving on the road, according to Laguna Beach police. Sambora was said to have smelled of alcohol, and was quiet and cooperative and didn't cause any problems for the police.
Sambora was released on his own recognizance around four in the morning and is scheduled to appear in court for arraignment on May 7.
