Nux’s Mighty Bass 50BT amp offers powerful bass tone with tons of flexibility in a compact package
Three-channel 50-watt amp packs in modeling tech, cab IRs, deep tone-editing tools and much more
Looking for a versatile bass amp powerhouse suitable for practice, rehearsing and recording? Look no further than the Nux Mighty Bass 50BT.
The new amp is loaded with a premium 6.5-inch loudspeaker and driven by 50 watts of class D power. What’s more, Nux's TSAC modeling technology adds in amp models and effects (wah, Uni Vibe, phaser, boost, fuzz and more), and there’s cab IRs, a drum function and a 60-second phrase loop, to boot.
Other features include a free app controller for preset access, management and editing, a USB recording interface and a DI out for balanced signal to interface or PA system.
The Mighty Bass 50BT sports three channels, and all parameters can be stored as presets in each channel. The amp models, bass cab IRs and effects are available via the free MightyAmp app, and parameters can be saved to each channel for future use.
Furthermore, the MightyAmp app (for mobile devices) and MightyBass50BT (PC) edit software offer deep tone editing possibilities, and you can also control the amp via the app.
What else is on tap with the Mighty Bass? A white-box compressor effect that offers analog touch and response; independent IR toggle switches for Amp and DI out, Bluetooth capability and much, much more.
And it’s all there in a compact, highly portable and great-sounding design.
