Purveyor of some of the most iconic guitar amps in music history, Laney has now expanded its celebrated Black Country Customs collection with three dedicated IRONHEART tube amps, which have been joined by a matching plugin.
Laney’s latest drop is a testament to the raw power and unparalleled versatility that is championed by the IRONHEART range, and builds upon the legacy of the British brand’s illustrious amp arsenal established by the likes of the Laney KLIPP and AOR.
The epitome of uncompromising tone and sheer sonic power, the IRONHEART range is meticulously crafted in Laney’s Black Country Customs UK workshop – itself an arena steeped in innovation and craftsmanship – with each amp offering upgraded technology, exceptional features and an aggressive modern design.
Three amps – all of which are built by hand – have been introduced for 2024: the BCC-IRT120H, BCC-IRT60H and BCC-IRT30-112.

That latter amp, a 30-watt 1x12” combo, is a super-flexible playing companion, suitable for smooth high gain tones, low-end growl and punch, and everything in between. It’s a similar story for the BCC-IRT60H, a 60-watt amp head that is equally versatile, equally aggressive.
That just leaves the BCC-IRT120H – a monstrous 120-watt head that epitomizes the modern guitar amp.

Across the board, all three feature enhanced boost circuitry – elevating their already formidable sonic capabilities – as well as a premium assortment of ECC83 and 6L6 tubes. Thanks to this construction, there’s plenty of clean headroom for jazz and country tones, and more than enough gain for the most brutal of metal riffs.
Other premium appointments include multi-function Push Pull EQ controls and a dedicated XLR DI output for when recording or performing live.

Laney has also debuted a companion IRONHEART plugin, which fully encapsulates the tube amps in digital form. The package also includes two Black Country Customs pedals, two Laney IRs with a range of mic’ing options and a suite of additional effects, such as EQ, delay and compression.
