Gene Simmons Unleashes AXE Guitar Hero/Rock Band Guitar Controller
On November 15, 2008, Kobian USA will unleash the Gene Simmons AXE Guitar for PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3. The controller is available now for pre-order on hipstreetonline.com for $79.99 and is compatible with Guitar Hero and Rock Band video games.
This fully equipped, axe-shaped guitar controller is a three-quarter replica of the Kiss bassist and vocalist’s signature guitar.
The AXE is customized with a replicated paint finish of the original AXE guitar and Simmons’ autograph and the Kiss face painted onto the body of the controller. Additional features of this 2.4 GHz guitar controller include: wireless range up to 30 feet, five fret and narrow fret buttons, fully functioning whammy bar, bi-directional strum bar and is USB connect ready.
