Adam Dutkiewicz to Leave Warped Tour
Killswitch Engage guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz has been forced to leave the band in the middle of their run on the Vans Warped Tour due to health reasons. Adam underwent back surgery in early 2007. In order to fully recover, his doctors have advised leaving the tour and continuing with daily physical therapy.
The band will continue on as a four-piece, with their guitar tech Josh Mihlek filling in for Adam on select songs. After playing with this lineup on the July 31 Milwaukee and August 1 Cincinnati Warped dates, the band feels confident that this solution works well and will allow them to finish the tour. The Vans Warped tour has three weeks left; dates are as follows:
